About The RoleInStride Health is looking for a Coach Manager to help us grow and manage our team of dedicated coaches. As a Coach Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of coaches who provide personalized support to our patients and families. You will work closely with our clinical leadership team and licensed therapists to ensure that our coaches are delivering high-quality care and meeting our patient and family needs. You will also be responsible for developing high-performing coaches, creating a positive work environment, and providing effective feedback to individual coaches on the team. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire high-quality coaches who have expertise working with children & families.
• In collaboration with clinical leadership, support the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for new and existing coaches.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to our team of coaches to help them deliver effective treatment and support outcomes for our patients.
