Role Summary:

Looking for a meaningful career opportunity? Come join our Mental Health team as we expand to support more children and families in need! We are currently seeking Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our youth. As a Virtual Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class mental health care to children and adolescents within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students across the country.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide virtual high-quality, evidence based, and culturally relevant short-term solution focused therapeutic interventions, treatment and consultation for children in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with care management team to identify and support transition services
  • Be an active member of our clinical team by participating in trainings, meetings, and other activities
  • Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established guidelines and requirements.

Schedule: Full-time position available for 4 or 5 days a week, with 8 or 10 hour shifts from Monday to Friday during regular business hours, plus flexibility for at least two evenings until 7pm. Option for 10 or 12 month/school year employment.

Who you are:

  • Required: Licensed without restrictions as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
  • Required: Licensed in CA
  • Additional licenses in CO, GA, FL, HI, MD, MO, NV, TX, VA, WA desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in pediatric mental/behavioral health
  • Telehealth experience preferred
  • Strong technological skills, including the ability to learn new software and programs and complete digital paperwork
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience using tools and resources, to effectively manage and prioritize key information and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately to meet competing priorities
  • Effective and proactive communicator (verbal and written) through use of multiple channels
  • Willingness/ability to gain licensure in other states, as needed (paid for by Hazel)
  • Willingness/ability to go through Hazel's credentialing process
  • Passion for working with children, families and the Hazel Health mission!
  • Bilingual a strong plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, and Tagalog fluency highly desired) **Language Bonus Possible**
