Caraway is looking for a Senior Product Manager to continue development of our iOS and Android mobile apps as well as our clinician-facing web app. You’ll have a unique opportunity to evolve our existing products and own product strategy for future enhancements. This role will work closely with our technology team and key stakeholders across Brand Experience, Clinical Operations, Care, and more. The ideal candidate is an energetic and optimistic problem solver who is equally excited to develop user-driven product strategies in line with market and user needs, and to execute these strategies in partnership with design, development, and other colleagues.

What you'll do

  • Dig into market and competitive research, customer feedback, user research, and data analysis to help shape our product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Own the product life cycle end-to-end for all products, including ideating product enhancements, translating product requirements into technical specifications, and managing releases across key stakeholders
  • Partner closely with design and technology colleagues to identify key challenges, ideate and improve solutions, and ship enhancements.
  • Integrate multiple work streams into a thoughtful product roadmap by ensuring meticulous prioritization, and providing clarity on internal trade-offs
  • Create clear, concise product briefs for various levels of the organization and detailed requirements documents, supported by research, stakeholder input, and data
  • Facilitate collaboration across Caraway to gather insights for the product roadmap and achieve alignment with overarching business goals
  • Utilize data analytics to gather and share insights, track key metrics, and make informed decisions to improve the product
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the patient and clinician-facing applications and represent the product internally and externally through presentations and demos

Who you are

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management, including experience with healthcare
  • Proven experience partnering with design, engineering, and additional colleagues to define, develop, and ship impactful product features
  • Working knowledge of product life cycle, roadmaps, and development processes
  • Comfort writing clear, concise, and comprehensive product requirements and relevant documentation
  • Basic understanding of mobile and web development including working knowledge of of APIs/SDKs
  • Experience writing SQL queries, analyzing data, and clearly presenting insights to internal and external audiences
  • A team player with low ego and a willingness to be curious and collaborative
  • Excited about the work of an early-stage startup – you’re ready to move fast and be scrappy when needed while finding opportunities to establish and improve processes along the way
  • BS/MS degree
  • Health tech or Gen Z-focused experience is a big plus

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 based on candidate experience and role fit. This position can be fully remote from anywhere in the United States. Those based in New York are encouraged to come into Caraway’s office (near Flatiron) at least two days per week.
