We offer therapy and psychiatry through telehealth provided by adolescent mental health specialists. We are expanding our clinical team nationwide and are looking for skilled therapists who are passionate about adolescent and young adult mental health care.

Qualifications

  • Registered in Connecticut as a Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, or License Marriage and Family Associate.
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
  • Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
  • Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiar with evidence-based practices
  • Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy for patient safety and to meet HIPAA requirements

Responsibilities

  • 40 hours per week made up of 10 non-clinical and 30 clinical hours per week
  • Provide weekly individual therapy
  • Deliver Vita’s care pathways that you will be trained in
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend hours required
  • Ongoing engagement with team activities and supervision/learning

Compensation: $50k - $63k annually

  • Compensation is based on years of experience and other credentials.
