The Role
We're looking for a proactive, organized Senior Account Manager to join our NYC team in-office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships with ambitious clients, and gets energized by managing bold, high-stakes creative campaigns from kickoff to execution. You'll be the glue between our clients and creative team, ensuring every campaign exceeds expectations and stays on track, on budget, and on brand. The role is mandatory in office, working out of our DUMBO space in Brooklyn.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong communication and relationships with key stakeholders
- Establish & communicate project goals and objectives across clients
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns from ideation kickoff through production delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources across internal teams
- Lead client communication, including status updates, contact reports, meeting recaps, and proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with the creative team during brainstorms and pitch development to ensure concepts are strategically aligned
- Support and collaborate with team members across projects
- Manage contract negotiations and change orders
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for Loop to add value
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, contracted expectations, and are delivered on time
- Implement & maintain organized system including briefs, timelines, budgets, and post-campaign reports
- Identify further client collaboration opportunities and ensure high client retention
- Contribute to new business efforts including pitches, proposals, and client prospecting
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of account management or project management experience at a creative agency, production company, or similar fast-paced environment
- Passion for creative work and understanding of what makes creative successful in the social/digital space
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without dropping balls
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to and interfacing with senior client stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to advocate for both client needs and internal team capabilities
- Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Track record of growing accounts and driving client satisfaction
- Experience contributing to new business pitches a plus
Compensation & Perks
- $95,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)
